  • GORA (Green Office and Residential Area) is a multifunctional complex using modern building technologies and complying with the latest requirements in the industry. 
  • The building is LEED Platinum certified, with a vision to energy and water efficiency, reduction of CO2, as well as preservation of resources.
  • The building management platform Desigo CC integrates, monitors, controls and manages all engineering services – heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chillers, boilers, as well as fire safety and security systems.  
  • Desigo CC integrates HVAC system’s “chilled beams” and provides occupants with the opportunity to maintain individual zone control in each premise or floors of the building. 
  • Fire safety is ensured via fire protection system with 4 Cerberus Pro panels, 1100 fire detectors, alarm devices and CO2 gas detection are implemented in underground parking areas. 
  • Access control system secures 80 doors using MIFARE technology.
  • All systems were integrated by Siemens' Solution Partner Telelink at the premises of the end customer GORA (Green Office and Residential Area).
