The client asked Siemens to improve their plant's energy efficiency with the main goals to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in an innovative business model that do not require their own budget investment.

Project implemented in Energy Effciency as a Service business model - 6 years service contract. Siemens has improved energy efficiency and modernized: boiler house and heating distribution system, compressed air system (master controller, heat recovery, condensate traps, etc.), internal and external lighting retrofit, new building management platform Desigo CC and cloud-based energy and asset management platform Navigator.
