• Senseye Predictive Maintenance, a cloud-based platform, automatically analyzes the current and future condition of machinery Senseye utilizes AI algorithms to identify both immediate and future machine issues, which allows proactive maintenance to be performed and prevents downtime. 
• Together with Sachsenmilch, Siemens' service experts defined the right data points for predicting failure scenarios and utilized new sensors along with the SIPLUS CMS1200 condition monitoring system for vibration monitoring. 
• In addition, recommendations for data-driven maintenance provided by the Maintenance Copilot Senseye were utilized to help the maintenance teams. 

Sachsenmilch Leppersdorf GmbH was founded 30 years ago and processes about 4.6 million liters of milk per day, which corresponds to 170 truck deliveries. Since then, the company has been producing the Sachsenmilch brand, which has now developed into the strongest regional brand in Saxony.
