The digital service SINUMERIK Remote Services offer a digital field service as addition to existing or new local service contracts for end-customers with SINUMERIK machine tool systems.
During the piloting phase with the customer, a remote gateway (industrial pc IPC227E) with a cRSP NG client was installed at the customers site to connect 4 turning machines. This digital service enables the Siemens field service to analyze and solve problems remotely.
