Development of modern event and meeting spaces for an association company
The ground floor of the customer's main building faced a situation where previously occupied offices stood empty, and the cafeteria had been closed due to the impact of the COVID pandemic. In collaboration with the board, the objective was to formulate a vision that would guide the design and revitalization of the ground floor space.
In response to the situation, a solution was devised that included a workshop to establish a target vision and the subsequent creation of three concept variants with different time and cost scopes. The chosen concept was then further developed by Siemens Real Estate, integrating the layout design, a catering solution and a rental strategy for the new event and meeting spaces. Siemens Real Estate provided comprehensive support to the company, ensuring a seamless journey from inception to completion, culminating in the successful handover of the newly designed and functional spaces.
