The aim of the customer is to create attractive and future-oriented workplaces for researchers and students. The evolution of work methods is not exclusive to the corporate world. Even in the academic environment, the the approach to work is changing and the competition for talent is intensifying.

In the planning phase a series of workshops with user representatives were conducted to identify the needs and requirements. With this input a  future-oriented office concept with possibilities for desk-sharing and activity-based working​ was devloped and alternative working environments with spacious, flexible spaces for project working and collaborating were integrated.
