The professional nonwoven manufacturer, Sheng Hung Industrial is seeking for innovation and evolution implemented in their production line to increase the efficiency and productivity of their nonwoven manufacturing. 
In order to solve the problem of producing great amount of nonwoven in such an urgent and limited time, Sheng Hung Industrial cooperated with Siemens to implement SIMATIC WinCC and MindSphere to achieve better data transparency and analysis to successfully accelerating the transformation of smart manufacturing and to increase its production performance in Sheng Hung’s factories.

Siemens service experts provided the whole package as a service solution, including SIMATIC WinCC, which can easily assist the customer to record and visualize their relevant production data. Moreover, implementing InsightsHub enabled Sheng Hung Industrial to conduct comprehensive data analysis and to predict and optimize the performance of the production lines. Siemens upgrades one of Sheng Hung production lines to release automation and digitalization. In the future, the second phase of the project is to link the customized app with customer’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and further upgrade as well as connect the rest of the production lines. The ultimate goal is to integrate the data from the plant in Taiwan to have a comprehensive platform to analyze all data and realize digital transformation.
