The dairy Zott is best known for its brands Sahnejoghurt, Jogobella, Primo, Bayernland Käse, Monte and Zottarella.  The customer approached us with the following problem: 

  • Troubleshooting is quite complex, resulting in long disruptions in operation, which leads to costs 
  • Updating of the control system software due to Windows 7 problems is imperative
  • SISTAR V7.5 helps to increase efficiency with the Replay Mode 
  • The bumpless software update both in the visualization and independently of it in the PCU area is a USP of SISTAR -> No production stop 
  • Virtualization of the project successfully implemented
