The customer had the following objectives:

  • SIDOOR calculates the best drive characteristics 
  • SIDOOR continuously checks the safe and optimum drive 
  • SIDOOR "one-button self-learning run" - no additional sensors needed

  • One controller for all kinds of doors with communication options for PROFINET, scalable and space-optimized

  • Plug-and-play system, can even be installed by the end users themselves
CNC AutoDoor designed a practical and robust housing for the SIDOOR. The control module is supplied ready-to-use with universal mounting brackets and a cable package so that it can be easily and quickly mounted on any CNC machine. The door opener is controlled by the I/O signals inside the machine or by pushbuttons that can be fitted optionally. PROFINET versions on request.
