The customer had the following objectives:

Develop a universal and reliable door opener for manufacturer-independent machine tools
Avoid malfunctioning doors
Reduction of installation and commissioning time

SIDOOR calculates the best drive characteristics
SIDOOR continuously checks the safe and optimum drive
SIDOOR "one-button self-learning run" - no additional sensors needed

CNC AutoDoor designed a practical and robust housing for the SIDOOR. The control module is supplied ready-to-use with universal mounting brackets and a cable package so that it can be easily and quickly mounted on any CNC machine. The door opener is controlled by the I/O signals inside the machine or by pushbuttons that can be fitted optionally. PROFINET versions on request.
