In the wood industry, medium density fiberboard (MDF)
production is one of the branches with the highest energy consumption.
Therefore, energy efficiency applications are important for this sector.
As an output of
the energy audit, the Yildiz Entegre Kartepe plant wanted to increase the
energy efficiency of their furnaces within the impregnation process because of
using the Eff-DRY relative humidity automation control system.
Siemens service experts have a tremendous amount of knowledge on MDF productions
and impregnation processes. Their retrofit projects are well known by the wood
sector manufacturers.
Related to the above, the customer chose Siemens as their
partner to provide a suitable solution for their impregnation furnaces.
