Due to the fluctuating consumption quantities, the fill levels previously had to be estimated manually as part of the daily service routines. However, this did not work reliably.
As a result, there was repeatedly an undersupply of process water due to missing levels caused by a lack of level monitoring
The consequences of an undersupply are production downtimes in the autoclave.

SITRANS store IQ offers a solution for intelligent level monitoring to counteract the described production downtimes. In sum, following products have been installed:

SITRANS LR110 (with HART and Bluetooth communication)

Thanks to the implementation of the mentioned process components and the application SITRANS store IQ, the MF-H has gained transparent level monitoring of the two isolated water tanks, eliminating the need for manual service routines and reducing downtime by almost 100%.
