Richhill Business Center is the Digital & Innovation hub where established tech companies meet with inspired tech start-ups to create high-value impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. It is a  27,700 sq. m. class A office building with underground parking space. The main objective was to create a reference project for demonstration of the Siemens portfolio for modern and innovative building technologies to investors, architects, partner companies and project managers.

Siemens building managment, fire safety, security and electrification and automation solutions were installed in the building. Siemens provided a state-of-the-art building management platform Desigo CC which integrates HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) control as well as adaptive control with KNX presence detectors (lighting system) and KNX actuators (shading system).
For the fire safety part, Siemens delivered Cerberus PRO fire detection system (987 fire detectors). Security was ensured by SiPass integrated access control system (96 readers) and a video management system which is CCTV Milestone based. 
Electrification and automation solutions included SIMOSEC switchgear 24 kV, 16 kA, 630 A (12 panels - the first ones locally produced in BG), two protection relays and two TUMETIC transformers 20/0,4 kV for the electrical power systems of the building. All solutions were installed by Siemens partner Telelink Infra Services EAD at the premises of Richhill Business Center.
