Siemens Controlled Stage Lift for Performances
The client, a renowned concert hall, regularly hosts prestigious orchestral performances and desired a stage lift that could seamlessly integrate into their existing infrastructure
PL Controls used the G120C inconjunction with the S7 1200F PLC to produce a system that not only was easy to integate using the TIA programming software but also gave them and the customer. 
  1. Safety and Reliability: The stage lift solution provided by PL Controls incorporated advanced safety features, including redundant fail-safe mechanisms, emergency stop functions, and obstruction sensors to ensure the utmost safety. Extensive testing and quality checks were conducted to guarantee the system's reliability.
  2. Acoustic Considerations: PL Controls focused on designing the lift platform and support structure to minimize vibrations and acoustic interference. The lift's motor and mechanical components were engineered for a quiet operation, ensuring no disturbances during performances.

Using the 1200F safety PLC was very straight forward and easy to use and setting the drives was within TIA is now second nature. Using the wizards and telegram 352 all within the TIA platform gives the feedback we need to raise the stage safely and at a continuous level ensuring the best performance.
