Dambach Lagersysteme is a company that has its know-how in warehouse logistics since its foundation in 1974. They build from small conveyor systems to large warehouses that fill an entire hall. Ever-increasing demands in terms of throughput, internet security, safety and flexibility in the field of warehouse logistics are leading system manufacturers to further develop and optimize their existing systems.

The Monoflex electric floor conveyor system from Dambach is a pallet conveyor system.  The new generation are vehicles that are operated on inductive rails at 500V/720V direct current. Due to the compact components from Siemens/Innomotics, the size of the vehicles could be reduced to a minimum so that they are now hardly larger than the pallets to be transported. Furthermore, the dead weight of the vehicle could be reduced by 60%, resulting in an energy saving of 40% compared to other solutions. The system meets the requirements in the field of positioning without encoder with the so-called encoderless vector control. In the area of safety, we were able to score points with our standard STO (Safe Torque Off) function via Profisafe, which, unlike the competition, does not require any additional hardware components.
