Prime In-Tech is an initiative of professionals with technical training, with over 19 years of experience in electricity and industrial automation. The company offers everything from applied services to solutions for urgent and emerging industrial demands, such as planning and project management services for better management of industrial and technological processes. Prime In-Tech's Training Systems combine safety and practicality by offering a complete tool for practical teaching of different industrial realities. Combining the Prime in Tech's expertise with Siemens solutions, the intention of this project is to take the Siemens name to professional courses, universities and technical schools in order to train and prepare the newly graduated student as a workforce suitable for the future of Industry. The objective is to make these students specialized in Siemens technologies through the production of training systems in partnership with Prime In-Tech.
A conversion work is being carried out so that only Siemens products are used in Prime in-Tech's training systems, in addition to the creation and promotion of training systems to professionally train students with Siemens technologies. This project includes different investment levels - from the most basic portfolio to the most advanced. One of the main challenges faced was the slowdown in the educational market due to the pandemic. Despite this, it was possible to promote new opportunities and strengthen the Siemens name.

With the partnership between Prime in-Tech and Siemens, this project aims to provide access to cutting-edge technology in educational environments will be facilitated, demystifying the assumptions that Siemens has a high cost and is difficult to parameterize. The objective is also to highlight the high technology services offered by Prime in-Tech and contribute to the construction of a generation better prepared for industrial demands.
