Aregger engineering ag
High wiring costs due to a large number of pneumatic sliders and flaps in a confined space
Optimization of the control cabinet space
Longer search times in case of an error due to low diagnostics
Aregger engineering ag is a medium-sized electrical engineering company based in Sursee, Switzerland, providing services in the field of control engineering. Its core business is complex control tasks, mainly in the dairy and compound feed industry.
The high wiring effort was met by using the ET 200AL system, which as a small and light distributed periphery system in block design with IP65/67 can be mounted directly next to the relevant elements, thus simplifying wiring and mounting. The ET 200AL can be connected directly to the ET 200SP IO-system, which is used in the control cabinet. Due to the small footprint of the ET 200SP system, a lot of space could be saved in the cabinet. Additionally the availability could be improved thanks to the detailed diagnostics of the ET 200SP, ET 200AL and the SINAMICS frequency converters.
Reduction of assembly and wiring time by 15% due to the flexible assembly options of the ET 200AL directly at the elements
Reduction of the control cabinet size through the small footprint of the ET 200SP and the mounting of the ET 200AL outside the control cabinet
Increased availability through the detailed diagnostics of ET 200SP, ET 200AL and Sinamics G120C PN
