Since Railway standards getting changes occasionally, SIPLUS extreme components go beyond these standards and are ready to meet more stringent future requirements.
Automation components (also fail-safe) that are certified to -25 °C and permit condensation.
The UPZ Group uses both standard and fail-safe SIPLUS extreme ET200SP controllers in its transportable barrier system. The barriers secure level crossings reliably even in the event of a power failure or cable breakage. When the transportable barrier system is used, the only personnel required is a temporary guard, thus enabling costs to be saved.
SIPLUS extreme components with Qualified Conformal Coating provide protection against mechanically active substances and an increased temperature range. This enables the controller to work reliably even under tough environmental conditions.
