Due to the wide gap in dosing weights of the packaging units, two lines are normally required for such tasks.
The system should be calibratable according to OIML with a dosing accuracy of 10 g and can be used up to ATEX zone 2/22.
Integration of the weighing solution with as little engineering effort as possible
Both the calibrated automatic small container
scale and the calibrated non-automatic big bag scale are each equipped with
SIWAREX WP251 weighing electronics.
The dosing and filling processes control the
weighing modules autonomously, i.e. independently of the SIMATIC S7-1500 used to
control the complete system.
