A humanoid robot mounted on a seventh axis has been adopted to extend the working area on several plates simultaneously, reducing the number of wrist singularity points. 
The adoption of a collaborative tool ensures high force control to avoid excessive or unexpected wire tension. 
The HMI was designed using WinCC Unified with a 3D Custom Web Control, an ad-hoc component that can be integrated into the user interface to extend the standard functionalities of the HMI environment.
