The customer wanted to improve the uptime of their production.
To accomplish the customer´s requirement, Siemens provided a 24/7 drives and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) service agreement including spare parts and wet cleaning of the entire motor range once a year.
The contract duration is another three years.
The service agreement also includes one service engineer exclusively working at the Pirelli plant.
