Creation of a comparable workforce training program in Algeria closely modeled to German-based standards was needed. Adaption of the Profibus course to customer needs. Participants are involved early for developing their own production plant. At a later stage they do maintenance on their equipment.
  • Training Services for ST-SERV1; ST-SERV1,ST-PROFIBUS; ST-WINCCFSYS and PCS7
  • The participants have basic knowledge in SIMATIC S7
  • Target groups are engineering and maintenance personnel
  • The training contract has been established since November 2012 and it has been renewed in 2013
  • 33 participants took part in SITRAIN trainings
  • We are in touch with them about new training plan for 2014
  • A fully-prepared workforce viewed as experts in their fields immediately upon arriving to the assembly plant's floor
  • Saving money and time by reducing the hold-up time
  • We propose to the customer to attend trainings at the siemens office to let them change of scenery
