With Mobile Diagnostics using hand-held devices, dynamic (vibration) and static (hi-pot), tests are done periodically according to customer needs. 5 motors are analyzed to have a higher priority on customer productivity. Vibration monitoring is the most reliable method to ensure an early identification of mechanical faults - often months in advance. A static test analysis shows conditions of windings. With this solution, our customer receives regular and clearly structured status reports from their personal contracts. They can plan their own maintenance schedule according to our reports. The Mobile Diagnostics service includes 4 dynamic tests and 1 static test a year.
