For the customer it is also an important key for success to utilize their maintenance personnel and equipment in the most efficient way.

With Mobile Diagnostics using hand-held devices, dynamic (vibration) and static (hi-pot), tests are done periodically according to customer needs. 98 motors are analyzed if they have a higher priority on customer productivity. Vibration monitoring is the most reliable method to ensure an early identification of mechanical faults - often months in advance. A static test analysis shows the conditions of windings. With this solution our customer receives regular and clearly structured status reports from their personal contracts. They can plan their own maintenance schedule according to our reports. The Mobile Diagnostics service includes 12 dynamic tests and 0 static test a year.

The foundations of the Bolu Particle Board Facility, one of the first particle board factories, were laid in 1976. The machineries at this facility, being a member of Yildiz Entegre family, were fully renewed and a higher production capacity was obtained. Then the new facility was added to the existing ones in 2012. Our Bolu Particle Board factory, erected on a total area of 147,652 m² and having a production capacity of 1300 m³/day, manufactures particle board.
