Siemens provided a comprehensive automation and drive solution fully integrated into the end-user's process cranes. This included fail-safe control systems and high-quality electronic components, extending to redundant architectures for enhanced reliability. The scalable and high-performance automation system, based on Siemens components, featured a modular concept to address a wide range of requirements. 
Equipped with powerful sensors and control systems, the cranes could automatically pick up, move, and place loads with precision. Key elements of the solution included the Inverter + Control, sway control system, and the SIMATIC S7-1500 controller. Over the last five years, Siemens successfully implemented 50 press loading cranes, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety.
