In 2021 Suzhou Land Group and Siemens became partners in the High-tech Zone’s first pilot and demonstration project of transforming old industrial bases. Land Group excelled at know-how in industrial park investment and operations, and Siemens stood out for smart campus solutions across all vertical markets and digital platforms. In August of that year, the three parties signed a cooperation framework agreement.

Siemens has planned and delivered a low-carbon smart campus management platform for the park. It integrates five smart park management systems: smart security, smart fire safety, energy monitoring, building automation, and one card system, covering various functions such as asset equipment, park operation, and enterprise management, significantly improving the park's smart operation capabilities and green and low-carbon efficiency.
