Gertek focuses on urban and interurban traffic management and is the system integrator for this project.
Objectives:
- The availability for the traffic of the existing road tunnels should be as high as possible despite the retrofit
- Centralization of and interconnection between the 5 medium size WinCC OA Scada rooms within one big control center
- Down time reduction of car-counter application

- 30 road tunnels and 5 WinCC OA control centers need a step by step modernization within the next years
- 3 Mamarga tunnels with S7-1500H system are already running as a proof of concept for a reliable new H-system solution
