Thanks to the digital mapping of its production facilities, Gustavo Gusto is now significantly more efficient. The Building X 360° Viewer makes it possible to speed up maintenance and repair processes, as employees can orient themselves more quickly and take digital measurements at any time. New employees can familiarize themselves with the facility virtually in advance, which makes onboarding noticeably easier. At the same time, the photorealistic 3D representation opens new possibilities for space and factory planning, as well as, in the future, for viewing multiple plants across different locations, all without disrupting production operations. Travel expenses can also be reduced, and the groundwork is being laid for a comprehensive digital building management system. With Siemens by its side, Gustavo Gusto is thus consistently committed to digital modernization and long-term sustainability.
