This project  is for the Engine Components Assembly Jigs, Rear Floor Assembly Jigs, Body Sides Sub Assembly Jigs & Covers which is to be installed for an Automotive OEM in India. These fixtures act as a framework that holds the vehicle components in place during welding, assembly, and inspection processes. In this project we pitched our Virtual commisioning solution for Robotics  using Tecnomatix Process simulate and PLC Sim ADV.
