Kiefel relies almost entirely on Siemens technology in its new machine. From the control panel (IPC477E Pro) to the controller SIMOTION D (SIMATIC S7-1516 T in the future) and the SIMATIC ET 200SP-F, to the drive technology (SINAMICS S120) and the switchgear (SIRIUS).
Faster commissioning of the safety technology through the end-to-end automation concept. Cost optimization in engineering through modularity and scalability of the components, in line with the requirements on the machine. Possibility of needs-based further development by using the future Motion Control platform (technology CPU).
The Natureformer (KFT90) is a thermoforming machine that produces various thermoform products from natural fibers (cups, bowls, etc.).
