Klimaoprema wanted to create a strategy for the digital transformation as an introduction to Industry 4.0 and to support the company strategy and growth objectives. The customer had performed various IT projects to improve efficiency and had decided to implement a new ERP system but wanted to validate the current plans with a best practice.

Siemens service experts conducted an extended digital transformation workshop together with Klimaoprema to identify digitalization potential connected to their business strategy. As part of the workshop, the service consultants from Siemens developed a strategic digitalization roadmap with prioritized projects in co-creation with the customers digitalization team and all relevant management functions.

Klimaoprema is a technological company and it has been present on the market since 1975 as reliable manufacturer of HVAC equipment and provider of „turn key” projects in cleanroom industry (pharma, biotechnology, hospitals, microelectronic, etc.). Klimaoprema is located in Samobor (Croatia) and has branch offices all over Europe. Manufacturing facilities are located in Samobor and Nova Gradiška. Klimaoprema employs app. 550 people in mainly engineering and manufacturing.
