The Toolbox provides pretested software libraries and function blocks for TIA Portal, specifically designed for automating packaging machines with SIMATIC controllers. The implementation involved a dedicated test rig and a simulation-ready program, allowing for smooth, continuous product flow without stops or delays. The system enables individual products from a continuous infeed to be grouped into multi-product bundles for packaging.
