“We managed to automate the entire worksite – from loading the pallet over placing the cardboard interlayers and can layers up to the pallet’s transport to the packaging site where the interlayers are automatically closed. Then, the pallet is wrapped with the Rotomatic machine, which can apply very thin films of folie, thus significantly reducing waste amounts. The packed pallet is transported over automated labeling and production sorting to the warehouse where it is either stored or immediately dispatched.”
