This is made possible by a specially developed app that allows customers to control their heat pumps remotely, while the control unit facilitates remote servicing, updates, and optimization. This long-term solution, with a mixture of hardware and software, ensures top security for Ochsner Wärmepumpen and their customers. It also anchors a sustained revenue stream for Siemens, with controllers sold on a yearly basis.
