Robotek Group was founded in 2012, focusing on end-of-line robotics and palletizing. Successful on the domestic market, Robotek rapidly developed exports all over the world with Italian know-how in the packaging sector. Robotek end-of-line systems are able to handle various types of product.

The solutions proposed, completely designed and manufactured in-house, are distinguished by the gripping systems specifically conceived for the product to be handled. This allows the end user to optimize the packaging line, improving their production process.
In order to meet the continuous demand for work cycle improvement, on the latest release of the Eros single column palletizing robot, the Siemens' products used were:

the SIMATIC S7-1500 T-CPU PLC with motion and robotics functions
the new S210 drive and 1FK2 brushless motors.

Thanks to Siemens’ experience and expertise, we have been able to improve both our production cycle and the robot work cycle by more than 10%, these results, together with the long availability of spare parts over time, a feature much appreciated by end users have encouraged us to implement full Siemens machines.
