Customer Situation / Objectives
Energy demand increases due to the expansion of the greenhouse from 1.5 to 2.3 ha.
High costs for electricity and heat as well as for technical CO2 used for fertilization.
Goal: automated and flexible energy supply to improve CO2 balance and focus on core business.
Solution / Service Description
Optimization of the energy center of the greenhouse with superordinate energy management system as a turnkey solution:
2 x 50 kW CHP with optimized operation (self-supply and grid feed).
Installation of 30 kWp photovoltaics on the roof area.
600 m³ heat storage for flexible operation of the heat generators and optimization of the fertilization behavior.
Integration of subsidies, savings guarantee with full service contract over 8 years.

Cloud-based energy and asset management platform: Navigator
Building automation: Desigo PX
