Implementation of an AI vision system for solder joint inspection and pseudo‑defect detection
The PCB images captured during automated optical inspection of through‑hole assembly are transferred to Industrial Edge and analyzed by an AI model running on the AI Inference Server. This provides immediate visual feedback on solder joint quality, enabling the correction of pseudo defects.
