The implementation of established standardization through the SieCar@TIA Portal has significantly improved efficiency in machine design, system configuration, and data management. This standardization has been further enhanced by the realization of virtual reality validation through digital twins via MCD and DriveSim Designer & DriveSim Engineer, allowing for testing and optimization in a virtual environment. To ensure efficient and reliable production, Siemens motion control solutions such as the SINAMICS S200 servo drive system have been employed. Additionally, the integration of safety functionality with the SINAMICS S210 in combination with the SIMATIC S7-1500 T-CPU has provided a robust and secure production environment.
