The customer was looking for an innovative solution for the high-frequency transport of battery cells, which enables better moments of inertia and throughput times.

Thanks to the configurable "Multi Carrier System" transport system, the transport trolleys driven by linear motors move flexibly to the individual stations. The system moves freely and exactly in sync with the process and is integrated into the existing intralogistics - including seamless in and out of the wagons. The other transport routes remain unchanged.
