The Technical University of Munich, together with selected faculties, will occupy one floor of the new cooperation building at the Garching Research Centre. The aim is to create attractive and future-oriented workplaces for teachers and researchers. The evolution of work methods is not exclusive to the corporate world. Even in the academic environment, the approach to work is changing and the competition for talent is intensifying.
