Control Module Types (CMTs) within PCS7 provided high standardization, allowing efficient data exchange with COMOS and enhancing plant automation.
Siemens supported TURN2X with PCS7 engineering and supported the rapid commissioning process, bringing the plant to a fully operational state in 6 months.
The PCS7 system, certified to IEC 62443-3-3 standards, along with the Defense in Depth concept, ensures cybersecurity across operations.
Safety Integrated functions within PCS7 achieved the necessary Safety Integrity Level (SIL) as per IEC 61511, ensuring process safety and compliance with stringent industry standards.
