A special feature of the WireTerminal is the patented wire rail system, which enables quick and tool-free changeover. Thanks to the wire rail system, up to 12 wires with a cross-section of 0.5 to 6 mm² can be set up simultaneously.  

The technological heart is the specially developed crimper, which can process ferrules from 0.5 to 6 mm² and a length of 8 to 18 mm. Order data in all common formats such as E-CAD, CSV, XLSX or TXT files is imported directly, which eliminates input errors due to manual processing. The network connection ensures transparent insights into the production status at all workstations at all times. 
 
Innovative features allow error-free marking and consistent wire quality: Up to two printers are installed in the WireTerminal, which can be used alternately without waiting. As a result, the wires for the control panel wiring are clearly marked and easy to assign. The WireTerminal also sets standards in the output of the assembled wires: the individual wires are placed in wire rails via a patented wire rail magazine. The wires are sorted in such a way that they correspond to the sequence of control panel wiring. Thanks to the high capacity of the wire rails, the WireTerminal can work for hours without manual intervention. At the workstation for the control panel wiring, the wires can then be removed individually and correctly – manual sorting is completely unnecessary.
