analyzers. Traditional pump systems were prone to failure and required frequent
service, prompting Xenon to develop a pump-free system.
Xenon’s Liquid
Recovery System (LRS) uses inert gas to recover liquids without pumps. It
features Siemens SITRANS LC300 and LVL200 devices, a two-tank setup, and
automated PLC control. Ponton Industries supported deployment. Key challenges
included ensuring reliability in hazardous and low-staff environments.
