MindSphere Connect and Monitor Solution Package implemented with custom interface for user-friendly experience.
Data is processed via "Master PLC" which collects input from machines grouped by their location within the plant's manufacturing facilities.
MindConnect Nanobox enables the processed data to be transferred directly to MindSphere.
The custom interface allows for quick and easy data visualization, which contributes to overall process optimization thanks to effortless monitoring of key performance indicators, such as vibrations or temperature.

Thanks to predictive maintenance analysis, we will be able to save up to 20% of our maintenance costs and further increase production efficiency. This is mainly thanks to overall maintenance optimization and reduction in the number of unplanned downtimes.
