Due to the presence of potential hazards, the testing area in the static commissioning hall (A100) was to be brought up to the state of the art.
An efficient and safe concept was created, which is both robust and meets the latest safety requirements. In addition, workflows were visualized and presented (shunting capability of the vehicles).

The concept was implemented in two stages.

Hardware and software used: TIA Portal: S7 1500F
Siemens ASi technology for the distributed I/O (door contact monitoring, door tumblers, signal evaluation)
TIA Portal WinCC RT Professional including Web server on SIMATIC IPCs
