Tecnotrend is leader in the construction of automatic machines for the packaging of pharmaceutical powders and liquids. It offers a complete range: machines with intermittent, continuous and compound movements (in which intermittent and continuous movements are combined). The dosing systems are therefore studied according to the characteristics of the specific product to handle.
The FL225T filling/capping machine doses food or pharmaceutical liquids. Its high production speed (up to 15,000 pieces/hour) allows it to perform a multitude of operations in very small dimensions.
With Siemens' equipment, Tecnotrend has been able to maximize the quality of the filling/capping machine itself:
The brushless motors offered the machine considerable precision and complete control of movement
The SIMOTION motion controller contributed to make the machine not only powerful, but also flexible and precise.
Thanks to the brushless motors provided by Siemens, the machine has reached significant accuracy and absolute control of action. By using a brushless motor for each movement, it was possible to produce some movement modes that otherwise would have been difficult to achieve.
