Despite
the restrictions caused by the pandemic, we had the opportunity to re-program
the machine software remotely, thus greatly reducing the timing of the work
process: The entire revamping (electrical installation, panel modification,
replacement engines, start-up and commissioning) took only 3 weeks.
In the
office it was therefore possible to simulate and test the entire handling part
of the machine, thus ensuring a substantial reduction in the commissioning time
of the machine, thanks to the use of the Siemens technological CPU.
