Mitigate obsolete VSD, prevent failures of drives as failure rate of 2800 Danfoss was high
Technology upgrade, upgrade plc from S7-300 to S7-1500, profibus to profinet
Standardise HMI to TP700 as a 3rd party HMI was used and was now obsolete
Ability to perform backups and diagnostics from the plant control network
Improve visualisation and diagnostics of the VSD on the HMI

20 x Sinamics G120 VSD series using PM240-2 power module, CU 240E-2PN control unit with Profinet communication and IOP-2 Intelligent Operator Panels
Siemens S7-1500 controller series and TP700 Comfort HMI panel. Customer used TIA Portal Step 7 and Start Drive to engineer complete project in one place
