SITRAIN Norways main goal is to further increase the training offering for the customers and to increase the efficiency for SITRAIN in Norway and Sweden. This should lead to a better availability and higher flexibility of trainings to the customers.

Combining the expertise and resources of our Swedish and Norwegian SITRAIN teams has led to significant improvements in operational efficiency. With one SITRAIN manager and one team handling the course administration for both countries processes were streamlined, redundancies reduced, and training delivery methods optimized. This results in more training events and more participants on the trainings and give our Norwegian customers more training events to choose from. 

SITRAIN Norway is Norways department for SITRAIN, the Siemens training program. Within SITRAIN Norway Siemens offers classroom trainings, online trainings, subscriptions on our digital learning platform SITRAIN access. Together with other countries Siemens Norway also offers learning journeys as a combination of self-learning modules for independent study and guided live modules.
