The desired standardized solution was initially developed at the main plant in Deutschlandsberg in order to be fully functional for the global rollout. The implementation was carried out on the basis of a use case and value-oriented agile co-creation approach. The functionalities to be implemented were prioritized with a focus on the fastest possible value creation for TDK Electronics and supported by know-how transfer and training of customer personnel in order to increase the contribution of customer personnel.
