Following a mission-critical equipment failure, NOVVA reached out to Holbrook Service for help. The engineering team immediately decided to remove the previous control system and begin modernization to replace existing controllers with an upgrade to Desigo PXCs, plus switch to a water-free cooling strategy to reduce water waste and improve sustainability. The goals of the data center team: (1) optimize HVAC operations to achieve 24/7/365 uptime reliability for customers, and (2) reduce energy and water waste. 

Desigo PXC controllers were installed to provide zero-downtime upgrade and control of data center’s HVAC equipment, reducing costly energy waste.
